Yes. Choose Let us Design for You when you order, and send us your logo, text and any ideas. Our in-house designers create the artwork and send you a proof to approve before anything is printed.

Choose your production time in the price calculator when you order. Your timeline starts once your artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. For larger or custom projects, we confirm the schedule in your quote.

Yes. We install signage, 3D and illuminated letters, billboards, wall graphics and vehicle wraps. Request a quote with the location and a photo of the site, and we'll arrange a site visit where needed.

Yes — billboards, channel letters, illuminated signs, storefront signage, vehicle wraps and fabricated displays. These are quoted individually, so request a quote and a member of our team will contact you.

For our Print on Your Shirts service, you bring the shirts and we print them. The minimum order is six shirts.

Yes, before you approve your proof. Reply to your proof or contact us with the changes. Once a proof is approved and the job is in production, changes may not be possible.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your job hasn't gone into production, we'll work it out with you. Once printing has started, we may not be able to cancel.

We're sorry, and we want to fix it. Contact us within 5 business days of pickup or delivery and send photos of the problem. If we made a mistake against your approved proof, we'll reprint or refund. See Our Guarantee for details.

PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS and high-resolution JPG or PNG files.

• Banners, signs and other large-format work: at least 100–150 dpi at full print size.
• Business cards, flyers and other small-format work: 300 dpi, with 1/8 in bleed on each side.

Not sure your file is ready? Upload what you have — our graphics team checks every file before it goes to print.

A proof is a preview of exactly how your job will print. Check spelling, phone numbers, dates and layout carefully. Nothing prints until you approve it, and once approved, that proof is what we produce.

Very close, but not always identical. Screens glow with light and print uses ink, so colours can vary slightly. Setting your file up in CMYK helps you get the closest match.

All prices are in Jamaican dollars (J$). GCT at 15% is added at checkout, so you'll see the full amount before you pay.

Some projects are custom by nature. Send us your design or a short brief (what you need, sizes, location and any deadlines), and we'll email you an estimate.

Pay online at checkout, or contact our sales team about bank transfer and corporate account arrangements.

Use the bank details in your order email and include your order number as the reference. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll let you know and move your order forward.
